Customer service
Support that starts after the sale
Ilona is part of the customer service team, where the work begins once an order is placed. Her role is about making sure everything is taken care of from order to delivery – with clear communication, quick response, and support whenever issues need to be solved. Her story also reflects the strength of an international back-office team with broad language skills, working every day to make things run smoothly for customers across different markets.

Supply chain
Stability through planning and flow
Ynte Arnouts is Supply Chain Manager in Etten-Leur. His role is about creating stability across purchasing, storage, and logistics – from securing supply through strong supplier agreements to making sure outbound transport works with the right balance of service and reliability. In his story, he explains how teamwork, planning, and careful load securing all play a part in keeping the supply chain moving and delivering safely to customers.
