Grow with us

Build your path with us

Growth can take many forms. It can come through new responsibilities, hands-on learning, formal training, or the chance to step into a new role. Across our business, people grow by doing, learning, and developing over time.

Development

Many ways to keep growing

There is no single path forward. For some, growth means building deeper knowledge in their current role. For others, it means taking on new tasks, moving into a new position, or learning how different parts of the business work together.

What matters is that growth feels real. It should be something you can see in your everyday work, your responsibilities, and the opportunities ahead of you.

Learning by doing

Growth through real experience

At BEWI RAW, development is closely connected to daily work. It happens through practical experience, collaboration, and learning from the people around you. Over time, that can build confidence, new skills, and a stronger understanding of the business. For many people, growth does not begin with a title change. It begins with trust, support, and the chance to take the next step.

Next steps

From one role to the next

Some people join in one role and continue to grow from there. New responsibilities, internal moves, and training opportunities can all become part of that journey. The path may look different from one person to another, but the idea is the same: to keep moving forward. This is where growth becomes more than a message. It becomes something people can experience in practice.

How development takes shape

New skills

Growth can come from learning new tasks and building knowledge over time.

More responsibility

Development often means taking greater ownership in your everyday work.

Training

Some roles also create opportunities for formal learning and education.

New directions

Growth can also mean moving into a new role or broader area of work.

A real example

Starting small, growing further

One example is Jens Sengers, who joined through temporary holiday work in dispatch and later stayed when a permanent opportunity opened up. Since then, he has moved into a new role in logistics, where he is also learning more about production and has the opportunity to follow operator training. His story is a good example of how growth can begin with a first step and continue through learning, trust, and new responsibility.
