We're looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our Solna facility. You'll play a key role in manufacturing our CIRCULUM® products, working with modern equipment in a safety-first environment.
About the role
As a Production Operator at BEWI RAW, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring our EPS production lines. You will work in rotating shifts and be part of a team that ensures our products meet the highest quality standards.
Your daily tasks include machine operation, quality checks, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll collaborate closely with the quality and maintenance teams to optimise production flow.
Key responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery according to safety protocols
Perform regular quality inspections during the manufacturing process
Document production output and report deviations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area
What we're looking for
Experience in manufacturing or industrial production
Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
Good understanding of workplace safety procedures
Basic computer skills for logging production data
Fluent in Swedish, working knowledge of English
Nice to have
Forklift licence
Experience with EPS or polymer processing
Lean manufacturing or 5S certification
