Advancing circular EPS production
Circular EPS starts with reliable systems for collection and reuse. Our recycled grades are produced entirely from post-consumer and post-industrial EPS, sourced through established collection and compaction partnerships across Europe. By turning used EPS into new raw material, we help create a continuous loop where resources stay in circulation longer — reducing the need for virgin input and supporting customers who want to lower their environmental impact.
New material from existing resources
Our recycled grades make it possible to produce a wide range of insulation and construction products using raw material derived entirely from existing EPS resources. The material delivers stable thermal performance, remains fully recyclable, and—because EPS consists of 98% air—requires very little raw material while enabling low-emission transport due to its light weight.
Circularity made practical
At BEWI RAW, circularity begins with the material itself. We process used EPS into new recycled raw material that can re-enter production without compromising consistency or performance. By turning post-consumer and post-industrial EPS into reliable feedstock, we help converters reduce their use of virgin resources and move towards long-term circular material flows.
Products that are 100% recyclable
CIRCULUM® Flame retardant grades
These grades are designed to ward off fire. Usually, insulation materials in walls and floors are easily flammable. By adding our flame retardant EPS to your insulation, you also boost fire protection.
CIRCULUM® Grey grades
When you don’t want to compromise on insulation, our grey grades is where to look. CIRCULUM® Grey grades is an expandable polystyrene grade, containing graphite, suitable for the production of light and heavy insulation block or shape moulding.
CIRCULUM® Special grades
There are areas where normal EPS don’t fit the bill. To meet such special requirements, we offer EPS grades with properties designed for specific purposes.
Make your company circular
Circularity starts with how materials are handled. By returning clean EPS waste, your company can contribute directly to new recycled raw material used in BEWI RAW’s production. When used or surplus EPS is collected and sent back for reprocessing, it becomes valuable feedstock for new high-quality recycled grades—reducing the need for virgin resources and supporting long-term circular material flows.
